Better way to compute average on statistics API endpoints.

- refactor of dates which return moment date. No view or function are necessary now for globalcount and average
- moment function to get the interval in 2 dates
- whereNull deleted_at where needed
- remove acts_by_day view and avg_act function not useful anymore

- when type is Global or Thanato, the profile is set to "", so the memoized will be able to prevent unncessary API calls

- acts_by_day now return the count for all type of living acts ("Vivants (tous profils)"), and returns the detail of each living acts as well
- change down of migration for a drop unique constraint which can be not there. Knex.raw at the rescue 

add filter for export as well

Refactor date management in YUP validation. Now, we keep initial value of the user's dates inputs if they are valid. The SQL will format it in the well date type anyway.
